What does this actually involve? I am actually petrified. Like, do they watch you eat? Its at an eating disorder clinic. I had my assessment this week with an eating disorder therapist and she said i definetly have an eating disorder and told me to go to the clinic for assisted breakfast, snacks and lunch as part of treatment aswell as the other therapy etc.
But like what happens? Do you have to sit round a table and like eat with the eating disorder therapist etc watching? :S

well when i was in hosp. you just ate with other people anorexics, bulimics and nurses but the nurses ate too they didn’t just sit and stare at you they talked about normal things and stuff. also we had to sit on ‘post meal obs’ for an hour after main meals and half an hour after snacks where you aren’t allowed to go to the toilet or your room or anything you just had to sit there x
