I am a distance runner and the best runners on my team often have eating disorders. Is it true that the the less weight you have to carry the faster you are? I know in the end it isn’t worth it but is that why they want to lose weight? Wouldn’t they be so low energy that they would actually run worse?
technically its not about weight….. it depends on how fit you are. you need nutrients to stay fueled… who knows why people have eating disorders….. mainly its because they are insecure about themselves but honestly its NOT so that they can run faster. thats a bunch of bull because even thought they weigh less. they will have less energy

Distant runners focus not of foods that are needed for their body like fats but more on nutrion based foods which makes them have an eating disorder because they are not getting their bodies all of the nutrients that are needed for a healthy body.
