What kind of psychologist would I need to be, to specialize in eating disorders?

What kind of psychologist would I need to be, to specialize in eating disorders or other mental issues like a eating disorder.
i thought it was a clinical but alot of told me that it isnt.

A Ph.D. in either clinical or counseling psychology would be suitable.
