A radio documentary I researched, produced and presented in 2003 as part of my post grad course in Broadcast Journalism on the rarely discussed but important issue of male eating disorder in the UK.

This is disturbing. They should allow this into the schools to teach everyone that this isn’t just for women. The other comments on here is just sad. Good job presenting this.

You’re absolutely …
You’re absolutely right. Everybody used to think that I was anorexic because of the way I look. My brother Bryan always did have such a better figure than me. BLAST HIM!!! Seriously though, although we’re identical twins we couldn’t look anymore different. Still a great job here. Thumbs up with 5 stars.

You’re welcome bud! …
You’re welcome bud!! Like I said Bryan and I are identical twins, but he is like 30 pounds heavier than me and always has been. It’s odd for twins to be so different in weight and proportion. He is 8 minutes older than me and probably chowed down all the food in mom’s womb. That’s the joke in the family about us. Seriously though, this is a very serious matter developing everywhere around the world. Very sad but true.

I remember mundiemcgee at that point in life. He went down to around 140 and was in the hospital for about 3 weeks. We new something was wrong but did not no how bad it was. We almost had to force feed him to gain weight. Me, our sister Sara and his buddy nick was at his beside when he began to cry and said he did not want to die.

I know this through …
I know this through experience. I did starve myself for awhile, but however, it does go to mind control. I weighed in at 322 and a 44 inch waist. I’m now down to a healthy 184 and 32 inch waist. I’ve kept the weight off for about 15 years now. I simply chose not to die. Wonderful job William.

WONDERFUL job. Lots …
WONDERFUL job. Lots of people think women are the only ones that get airbrushed and are unrealistic-looking in magazines. I know as a male that there is tonnes of pressure to have a tan, and muscles and to look a certain way.
Excellent job.

This is a growing problem here in the States. My partner is a psychologist and has a few males in her practice.
