welcome back! the road to recovery is so hard. i understand how you feel, for the past year…god almost 2, i’ve been in and out of recovery, therapy, etc…..don’t give up, part of recovery is slip ups, and hesitation, i hope you will be able to find the strength to start again when your ready, you’re worth it!
