Almost any lolz this video held for me (and let’s face it - “Rich don’t wanna eat? her.” and “I DON’T WANNA EAT” - is hilarious) is being sucked right out clip thanks to the last 200 comments I just read here. George Carlin could be considered a comedic genius, but I don’t think I can say the same for 99.9% of the commentors and the amount of fail they just added to the Youtbe cesspool.

i like george carlin but i know someone who didnt even know what anorexia was when she stopped eating, try getting raped and abused for years. people use it to try and cope in a way that makes them feel more in control. not always about selfishness and fitting into a size 0.

Couldn’t agree more with LegalAddiction. When anorexia and bulimia come down to personal choice, it’s just pathetic. Those with other factors besides personal choice playing a role in their mental health are an exception to this, and probably not the ones George is targeting with this joke.

Nobody deserve your misfortune and what happen to you is different. He is talking about the people that have a perfect life and choose not to eat or throw up because society tells them that they are fat. If you look for acceptance from society, those people are always going to be up in the head. Bless you for having the strenght to go through what you went through. my mum died …

my mum died in labour, my dad killed himself when i was two. i was abused by my uncle from the age of 3 to 8 before running away and being stuck in a childrens home for 2 years.
i was called fat and ugly.
i stopped eating because i didn’t think i deserved food.
i craved food, but since i didnt think i deserved it i would find anything from dustbins. then i thought about how fattening the food must be… and threw it up.
i dont feel sorry for myself, i feel sorry for idiots like you.

I always thought like George Carlin…how somebody could be that selfish to not want to eat food, while people are starving all around the world…but I joined the army 1 and a half years ago, to fill the gap and I dont know what happened, but im in the head now and do some pretty stupid weird shit…and I cant control it…so…dont be too quick to judge…some are really fucked, some deserve to die a lonely death for faking it…
