Holy crap, please …
Holy crap, please do not do that. Take it from me. When I was twelve years old I did that. I was so thin and ill from what I did to myself I landed in the hospital with a heart rate of 30 bpm which is super close to death. You don’t want to die of this disease. Dont let it take over your life like it did mine. I never got to experience my childhood because of that. I had to be homeschooled because I was too weak to go to school. Im better now after much help but it is not worth dying over.

okay all you people …
okay all you people are missing the point…it doesnt matter if they are photoshopped or not. The point is that the image of anorexia is pushed out there by the media you could have taken a picture of a 300lb girl photoshopped it so she looks 60 but the media STILL portrays anorexia. So stop complaining about photoshop and absorb the actual message

This is a really good presentation BUT i think i should let you know what there are several pictures in your slide show that have been photo shopped. some of those girls in the pictures are of a very normal weight.

you go and you look at jordan sparks or raven symone or kelly osbourne.
go look at girls who are comfortable with themselves.

i dont want to …
i dont want to sound pro anorexia or anything but a lot of the models shown in this video are not that thin they have been photoshopped to look that way and although the media shows women who are too thin in magazines, tv etc i dont think showing women who have been manipulated to look thinner will help abolish negative gender representation in society

It’s nice to know that Italy has impossed a limit on how thin fashion models can be — personally, I think the limit is still way too low, but, it’s a start, at least! Considering the effects it’s having on people, worldwide, I think it’s criminal that the fashion industry is allowed to promote walking (or stomping!) skeletons as fashionable. Shame on them!
