Depends on insurance. A day in a hospital at Medicaid rates might be $650,00, but a rich private pay person might pay 3x that amount. Also it can be difficult to find a hospital that treats this illness because it is a psych illness which affects your physical well being.
I would call a psych hospital and tell them you think you have an eating disorder and that you don't have any insurance and that your folks are divorced, but your dad said he would pay. He told you to get information for your next visit this weekend. I don't know if anybody will give you an exact or even an approximate amount. If they do, I also suspect that they will tell you that it is for psych only and any medical treatment will be extra. They will pressure you to come in for a free assessment, just say no I have to talk to my dad. Many hospitals hire companies to pitch their own employees to see if they answer the phones correctly. Make sure you call M-F business hours.
References :
30 years mental health work, 4 in a hospital,

There isn't a published price list you can go to. It all depends upon the facility, the length of the stay, the treatment provided, the severity of the disorder, and probably 100 other things I can't think of.

Check with a medical insurance company to see what they typically cover.
