Hun, I hope you feel better soon! I also beat myself up when I up,but in reality we shouldn´t because it´s perfectly normal to have a set back! I hope you get to see a doctor tomorrow, because I´m getting really worried regarding your heart problems. Maybe it will be a good idea to stay for a few days at a hospital so they can get you stable?

It’s OK, because you can always get back on track. I really hope you’re OK physically, because then you can always just get up and try again. I’ve been where you are (well, I am now) so I can relate … please just try to stay strong and, at the very least, try to accept the care that’s offered to you.

Lauren I totally feel where your coming from at the moment, Im relapsing and its the most annoying thing ever! Im always off at myself but like you I just dont notice and then that its a fight between my eating disorder and me over whether I eat….eurgh its so annoying sometimes, so I totally get your vent! But be careful babes especially with the drugs and your heart we dont want anything bad happening to you! and update soon with what the docs say =) stay strong! lovesyou ox
