if u were into drug use i could explain your state of beeing after 3month 80/10/10(dr. douglas graham) very easily. Anyway you glow because of the energy you get no sunburn, you dont sweat much, you re super thin but you can do hard work, you feel relaxed ALL THE TIME, you feel basicly like air, no pain, you can use so much oxygen, u have passion for the simplest things..and on and on and on. but 95% of fruit is not ripe, basicly not edible.

we have the same …
we have the same digestive system like human apes(F.e. chimp) but we eat so different than the other human apes(biologicly we re human apes too). Thats the reason we have so much health problems and eating disorders. If we want to thrive we need to eat our species specific food. Watch my favorites, and jiddu krishnamurti

…what I’m saying is that there’s a bigger, deeper problem besides food or weight, and it’s the cause of B.E.D. (at least that’s how it’s been for me & I didn’t even know that at first). The real problem is deep down inside you; it has to do with your emotions and feelings. Recently, I’ve recovered a lot from B.E.D., and it was because I decided to focus on my emotions & figure out how to deal with them, instead of focusing on food, bingeing, & my weight.
Hope what I’ve said helps somebody.

I wanted to make a comment about vitamins, cleanses, special diets & stuff. Although these things can be great for your health and may even reduce B.E.D. symptoms, they won’t cure Binge Eating Disorder. At least that hasn’t worked for me. What I mean is, you can go on diets or cleanses and lose weight, but the real problem is still there, so you’ll keep on bingeing and the weight will come back. I’ve done this myself, believe me! I’m not saying healthy stuff is bad…

It really works for me! When I have zero stress, I don’t really need to take it at all. When I’m a little stressed, one capsule works, and when I’m really stressed, I have to take 2 a day. I hadn’t heard about the nighttime thing. I just take it when I feel I need to. I’ve never taken antidepressants, but I’m sure it works better than any drug–and there are no side effects!!!

Really? Is it really the St. John’s Wort that does it? I’ve heard of it, but never put much faith in it. I actually have a bottle but it’s really old and I should buy a new one. I think I just might try it. I hear it’s the kind of herb that is best taken at nighttime, for some reason.

I’m a binge eatter …
I’m a binge eatter too, ill like eat and be full and see a pizza on television and want to eat pizza, there is something really wrong with me lol, Ive been looking into doing fiber colon cleansing drink with psyllium husk, calcium bentonite clay, aloe juice & herbs, Ive also been looking into the benefits of a raw food diet/lifestyle and super foods, vitamins, minerals, live enzymes, MSM powder with vitamin C, krill oil, sea vegetables, spirulina, chlorella, oceans alive marine phytoplankton.

Hey, you should try this herb: “St. John’s Wort”! It REALLY helps me with my mood; it makes me happier and I have more energy and motivation. I call it my “happy pill.” LOL! I usally take two capsules a day, and when I miss a day, boy, can I tell!! I get so depressed and lethargic! So when I take it, I feel so much better, and when I feel better, I don’t binge as often or overeat as much! Check it out! It might work for you!

i have them on my arms really bad on my breasteses knees thigs every where and im not even overweight BMI 2o.9 .
I got it thru the binging en fasting continiously for about 6 years know shea and cocoa butter are good for rubbing the new ones and bio oil for te old white ones good luck with yours

i gained 20 lbs …
but i am haooy cuz i lost the 20 lbs and im back down to like 100 :). keep in mind that im 5′1. and i lost it by drinking lots of water and no soda. cuz even diet soda makes u fat………….
i gained 20 lbs senior year of high school and i found like a few stretch marks and its so depressing
