I am very anxious of eating disorders. I am considered to be at a healthy weight but feel very overweight.
What can I do to rid these anxious feelings? And are they normal?
yes they are normal but if you are at a healthy weight then work on maintaining it. If you feel you eat too much look into changing your diet and eating healthier foods if you don’t already. Losing weight and being "skinny" will not make you feel better, you may look better but you will always have that little voice telling you, you can lose a little bit more. Eating disorders are serious and they can reallly affect you and your body of course. I would recommend working out and keeping everything fit and tone, plus men like women with curves and that look like they eat something more than a lettuce sandwich, I am 27 5′5 at 108lbs. and I feel gross, like a skeleton, you can see all my bones and I can’t fit any clothes it sucks so much I feel everything I bruise easily, and don’t let it be cold outside my bones feel like they are freezing over it hurts!! So if you are a healthy weight but uncomfortable working out will get rid of a few pounds and shape you up nicely. You are beautiful just how you are though!!
